1. Services
Blueprint Marketing provides a range of digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Local SEO
- Google Business Profile Optimisation
- Website Optimisation
- Social Media Management
- Lead Generation Services
- Business Consultancy
- Digital Marketing Services
- Content Creation
- Reputation Management
- Any additional services agreed in writing
All services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed package, proposal, quotation, service agreement, or scope of work.
2. Scope Of Services
All projects and services are delivered according to the agreed scope.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Blueprint Marketing reserves the right to determine whether a request falls within the original scope of work.
Additional work will only be completed following agreement from the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Supply requested content, images, branding, access credentials, and documentation when required.
- Respond to requests for approval, feedback, and information within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure any content supplied does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other legal rights.
Blueprint Marketing shall not be responsible for delays, errors, inaccuracies, or additional work caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information supplied by the Client.
4. Onboarding & Information Supplied
Many services provided by Blueprint Marketing rely on information supplied by the Client.
The Client accepts responsibility for ensuring all supplied information is accurate, current, and complete.
Blueprint Marketing reserves the right to pause projects where required information has not been provided.
Where significant additional work is required due to incomplete onboarding or missing information, additional charges may apply.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined within the Client's proposal, quotation, invoice, service agreement, or project scope document.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Full payment services must be paid before work commences.
- Monthly services must be paid on the agreed payment date.
- Payment plans must be maintained throughout the agreed term.
Failure to make payments may result in service suspension.
6. No Refund Policy
Blueprint Marketing allocates time, expertise, resources, planning, and labour to every project and service from the point of commencement.
For this reason, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
No refunds shall be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Cancellation by the Client.
- Failure to provide information.
- Failure to engage with the service.
- Business closure.
- Delays caused by the Client.
- Services already delivered.
Nothing within these Terms affects statutory rights under applicable law.
7. Website Projects
Where Blueprint Marketing is engaged to provide website design or development services:
- The website will be built according to the agreed package and project scope.
- The Client is responsible for reviewing all content prior to approval.
- A 14-day amendment period will apply following completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Amendments requested outside this period may incur additional charges.
- Requests beyond the original project scope may be quoted separately.
- Website ownership transfers only after all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
8. Website Review & Approval
Upon completion of a website project, the Client will be provided with an opportunity to review the website.
Approval of the website confirms acceptance of:
- Content
- Design
- Functionality
- Contact information
- Service information
- Branding
Following approval, Blueprint Marketing shall not be responsible for errors that were visible and available for review during the approval process.
9. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Blueprint Marketing uses industry-recognised SEO practices and strategies.
However, SEO is influenced by numerous external factors outside the Company's control.
Blueprint Marketing does not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- Position 1 rankings
- Traffic volumes
- Lead volumes
- Revenue increases
- Search engine indexing times
- Business growth outcomes
All SEO work is provided on a best-efforts basis.
10. Google Business Profile Optimisation
Blueprint Marketing may assist with optimisation, setup, management, and improvement of Google Business Profiles.
However, Blueprint Marketing cannot guarantee:
- Verification approval
- Reinstatement approval
- Suspension removal
- Ranking positions
- Review approvals
- Feature availability
All decisions relating to Google Business Profiles remain solely under Google's control.
12. Lead Generation Services
Blueprint Marketing may implement marketing activities designed to generate leads and enquiries.
Lead quality, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer acquisition outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Blueprint Marketing shall not be responsible for the Client's ability to convert leads into paying customers.
13. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Blueprint Marketing may utilise third-party platforms including but not limited to:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Hosting providers
- Domain providers
- CRM platforms
- Booking systems
- Email marketing software
Blueprint Marketing shall not be liable for outages, suspensions, policy changes, pricing changes, algorithm changes, or technical failures affecting third-party services.
14. Website Suspension For Non-Payment
Where payments remain overdue, Blueprint Marketing reserves the right to:
- Suspend services.
- Suspend websites.
- Remove websites from public view.
- Restrict access.
- Pause campaigns.
- Withhold project delivery.
Services may remain suspended until all outstanding balances have been settled.
15. Project Delays & Dormant Projects
Where a Client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, Blueprint Marketing reserves the right to pause or close the project.
Projects placed on hold due to inactivity may incur additional charges if restarted.
Any timelines provided are estimates and depend on client cooperation and responsiveness.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Blueprint Marketing retains ownership of all work until full payment has been received.
- The Client receives ownership of final deliverables only after all agreed payments have been completed.
- Blueprint Marketing retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, case studies, social media, marketing materials, advertising, and promotional content.
17. Limitation Of Liability
Blueprint Marketing will always use reasonable skill and care when delivering services.
However, Blueprint Marketing shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of business
- Loss of opportunity
- Search engine changes
- Platform suspensions
- Hosting failures
- Third-party issues
- Indirect or consequential losses
The maximum liability of Blueprint Marketing shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.
18. Amendments To These Terms
Blueprint Marketing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the Company's website.
19. Acceptance
By engaging Blueprint Marketing, making payment, accepting a proposal, signing an agreement, or using our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

11. Social Media Services
Blueprint Marketing may create, schedule, publish, and manage social media content.
The Client remains responsible for reviewing content where approval processes apply.
Blueprint Marketing does not guarantee:
Platform algorithms and policies are outside the Company's control.
