Three layers, in this order
Speed and Core Web Vitals come first. Slow sites lose customers and rank below faster competitors. We aim for LCP under 2.5 seconds, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200ms — and the gains usually come from image optimisation, lazy loading, deferred JavaScript and proper caching, not a rebuild.
On-page SEO comes next. Titles, meta descriptions, headings, schema markup, internal linking, alt text, semantic HTML. Most sites have between 30% and 60% of this missing or done badly. Fixing it usually unlocks ranking gains within 30–60 days.

Will you work with my existing website platform?
Almost certainly. We've optimised sites on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Duda, custom-built React sites, and old PHP sites. The platform rarely matters — what matters is whether the underlying site can be fixed without a rebuild. We'll tell you honestly during the audit.
How is this different from a full rebuild?
It's smaller, faster, and cheaper. We work on your existing platform, focus on the highest-leverage changes, and ship in 2–4 weeks. A full rebuild is a 4–6 week minimum project. Both have their place — we'll recommend the right one for your situation, not the more expensive one.
Can you do this on a Wix or Squarespace site?
Yes. There are platform constraints (you can't always control everything you'd want to), but we typically still extract 70–80% of the available gains. If the platform is the actual constraint, we'll say so and recommend a migration.
How long until I see results?
