We ran a full technical and SEO audit, then fixed what the audit actually found rather than everything a tool flagged: the JavaScript bundle was trimmed so pages load faster on mobile, and the on-page structure was corrected where pages were competing with each other for the same terms.
The bigger win was on the Google Business Profile. The primary category was wrong for the work they most wanted, which is the single most common and most expensive mistake we see on local listings. Reworking the categories changed which searches the business was eligible to appear for at all.
