What a Blueprint Care Package Actually Covers — And Why Hosting Isn't Optional

"Hosting" undersells what this is, which is why we stopped calling it that. Disk space is the cheapest part. What you're actually paying for is the work that keeps a site fast, findable and functioning after launch day.

Pre-rendering, on every package

Your pages are built into finished HTML before anyone asks for them, rather than assembled in the visitor's browser. Two consequences: the page appears almost instantly, even on patchy mobile data, and Google and AI assistants can read the whole thing on the first pass. Sites that render in the browser routinely get indexed slowly, partially, or not at all — and nobody notices until they wonder why traffic never came.

Unlimited form responses

Every enquiry reaches you, however good a month you're having. No per-submission fees and no monthly cap that starts silently dropping leads at exactly the moment the site is working best.

Monitoring, updates and edits

• Uptime monitoring around the clock, so if the site goes down we know before a customer tells you
• Security and dependency updates applied as they land, so small problems stay small
• Minor edits handled by us — new hours, a new service, a swapped photo, a changed number. Send it over rather than wrestling with a page builder at eleven at night
• Support from the people who wrote your site, not a ticket queue

The honest bit about 'not optional'

A live website needs somewhere to live and someone maintaining it. Our care packages are how we do that, and every site we build is paired with one — so yes, a Blueprint site needs a package to stay live. We'd rather say that plainly at the start than have you discover it later.

It's rolling monthly and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. There's no minimum term and nothing to sign. The trade-off is the obvious one: cancelling means the site comes down, so it's worth understanding upfront rather than as a surprise.
